Data Designer :
Combine your Design and Data & AI skills, to design Data & AI solutions that have a significant impact on staff and patient experience in the healthcare industry


Your role:

  • Design and develop innovative Data & AI experiences that enhance healthcare for staff and patients. Design AI-driven solutions to streamline and enhance decision-making for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Explore, design, and communicate data strategies that offer valuable insights into user experience, focusing on high-quality data.
  • Innovate in visual analytics to provide healthcare professionals with tools for easy interpretation of intricate data and support informed (clinical) decision-making. Collaborate with clinical staff to incorporate visual analytics into their workflows.
  • Advocate for the integration of data-driven design principles within the design team and champion these principles organization-wide. Enhance the design team's skills through workshops and training sessions. Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical team members. Advocate for ethical data practices and responsible AI, emphasizing privacy and security.

You're the right fit if:

  • Deep comprehension and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, or a relevant field.
  • Strong prototyping abilities and experience in building web applications.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and efficiently manage multiple priorities.
