Finance Senior Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Finance Senior Associate. Reporting to the Associate Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan, and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Finance and its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the GL entry of receivables, advance receipts, and other expenses on a daily basis
- Reconcile the revenue for billing system and accounting systems
- Monitor intercompany balance reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Cooperate with the manager for internal and external reporting requirements of the Group and local authorities
- Cooperate with the audit, provide the corresponding original documents, and make statistics
- Support in regular tax filing and reporting at group and local levels
- Assist in gathering cost data with different functional views and carry out research in performing different analytical reviews and business analysis
- Engage in any ad hoc projects if the department needs
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree holder, BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP, etc.
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
