- Maintain data pipelines for automated reporting, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
- Maintain accurate monthly reporting schedules to ensure timely and consistent report generation and delivery to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in the data organization, business, and finance teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
- Design, develop, and optimize reports to support business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, implementing corrective measures to ensure high data standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for data processes, pipelines, and reporting standards.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or economics related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, project management or a related role.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Quick Sight, SAC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security principles.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and embrace continuous learning.
