Financial Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Europe Finance Reporting (EFR) team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the CRH Europe Division.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation and submission of financial reports to the Group Function, including Management, Financial, Budget, and Strategic Plan processes.
- Extract data from source systems, check mapping between systems, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with the Group Reporting & Analysis Team to resolve accounting issues and provide analysis.
- Manage data integrations between systems and ensure ongoing alignment with HFM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues arising from the reporting process.
- Assist stakeholders with financial reporting queries and provide high-quality support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP.
- CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of financial systems and their reporting processes.
