Our client company, a leading bank in China, is committed to providing innovative financial solutions and unparalleled customer service. Their Amsterdam branch is dedicated to fostering economic growth and delivering comprehensive banking services in the European market.
Job Responsibilities:As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting a balanced risk-return analysis on credit structures for top business relationships. You will work closely with the relevant account manager to prepare high-quality credit reports and credit revisions. The Credit Analyst will have an independent responsibility in the realization of the credit report, with regular direct customer contact and timely consultation with the relationship manager.
You will also be responsible for:
- Independent preparation and financial analyses of complex transactions, including syndicated loans, Structured Finance, and Leveraged finance;
- Assisting the relationship banker in preparing and presenting business cases to management and Risk management;
- Staying up-to-date with developments in the field of finance and sharing knowledge with colleagues in the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in the preparation of complex financial analysis and funding applications;
- Work and think at HBO+ / WO level;
- An eye for detail and ability to listen carefully and ask questions;
- Knowledge of DCM Credit Trading and cross-border markets, with the ability to understand complex issues and analysis;
- Critical thinking and initiative.
