Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Roadmap to Zero Implementation Team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will contribute to the global roll-out, implementation, and evolution of key projects and programs, focusing on the implementation of ZDHC guidelines and solutions to support stakeholder success in creating positive impact in line with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile credit card statements with bank statements monthly.
  • Monitor and manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with financial management software.
  • Strong English skills; Dutch is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy in financial data management.
