Wij zijn op zoek naar een Director die gedreven is om het beste uit mensen te halen in een team dat onlangs is opgezet na een eerdere periode van outsourcing. Een jong team met een enorm ontwikkelingspotentieel.

People Services Delivery Nederland is onderdeel van People Services, het interne HR shared service center binnen Staff Function People & Culture, en bestaat uit ca 20 medewerkers verdeeld over drie subteams: HR Direct (HR servicedesk en HR administratie), Payroll en HR specialisten. Het HR Direct team wordt aangestuurd door een manager die rapporteert aan de Director People Services Delivery NL. De HR Specialisten en Payroll Administrators zijn direct reports. Er wordt gewerkt via voornamelijk global processen, maar ook zo lokaal als nodig is. Zo is bijvoorbeeld de salarisadministratie voor NL uitbesteed aan een lokale speler.

Als People Services hebben we goede resultaten behaald door schaalgrootte, expertise en transparantere dienstverlening samen te brengen. Daarnaast zijn in een recente global HR transformatie vele nieuwe HR systemen geïmplementeerd. De uitdaging in de nabije toekomst is het balanceren van uniformiteit en standaardisatie enerzijds en variatie en dynamiek anderzijds: gericht op onze interne efficiëntie, maar met oog voor snel veranderde businessbehoeften in een dynamische energiemarkt.
Wat ga je doen ? De Director People Services Delivery NL is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en kwaliteit van het werk, waarbij je de belangen van de organisatie, de Vattenfall-medewerkers in Nederland, HR-collega's en het team samenbrengt. Deze rol is een functie met impact. Dit vraagt om daadkracht in combinatie met zowel organisatiesensitiviteit als -flexibiliteit. Je borgt richting, structuur en focus voor jouw team in een dynamische omgeving die jij helpt bouwen. Kun jij dit en ben je ook op zoek naar een hele leuke groep mensen om mee samen te werken?

De Director People Services Delivery NL rapporteert aan de VP People Services en maakt deel uit van het internationale People Services Management Team. Je vertegenwoordigt People Services NL in diverse interne fora en soms ook extern. Daarnaast is (proactief) stakeholder management in de organisatie en de HR community essentieel.

Functie-eisen

Wie ben jij?
Als onze Director People Services Delivery NL heb jij een heldere visie op de toekomst van HR en ben je klaar om bij te dragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie.

Daarnaast heb je :

HBO/WO opleiding in een relevant vakgebied
Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
Minimaal 3 – 5 jaar ervaring in Core HR processen (HR servicedesk, HR admin en payroll) vanuit business- of serviceperspectief.
Visie op verdere digitalisering en automatisering in HR
Focus op 'continuous improvement'
Uitstekende vaardigheden als stakeholder manager
Gewend aan werken in een corporate organisatie
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
