Als senior internal auditor zorg je ervoor dat alle auditopdrachten binnen PLUS soepel verlopen. Daarnaast geef je advies over onder andere governance, onze interne processen en sturings- en beheersingsinformatie. Hierin weet jij de balans te behouden tussen meedenken en grenzen stellen. Je werkt intensief samen met de internal auditor en rapporteert gezamenlijk aan de manager Audit & Risk.
Bedrijfsomschrijving
PLUS en Coop zijn één bedrijf geworden. We zijn hiermee de op twee na grootste servicesupermarkt van Nederland met een landelijk netwerk van 550 winkels. Samen zetten we ons elke dag in om de zorg voor goed eten, voor de buurt en voor elkaar waar te maken voor onze klanten.
Het servicekantoor in Utrecht ondersteunt alle PLUS supermarkten. Dat doen we vanuit verschillende afdelingen. Of het nu gaat om een functie in de marketing, logistiek, HR, ICT, finance of commercie: samen zorgen we voor goed eten, voor de buurt en voor elkaar.
Voor de afdeling Risk & Audit zijn we ter uitbreiding van het team op zoek naar een Sr. Internal Auditor. Je werkt intensief samen met de internal auditor en rapporteert gezamenlijk aan de manager Audit & Risk.
Omschrijving
Als senior internal auditor heb je een van nature een onafhankelijke en objectieve rol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle auditopdrachten binnen PLUS en onze dochtermaatschappijen soepel verlopen. Daarnaast geef je advies over onder andere governance, onze interne processen en sturings- en beheersingsinformatie. Hierin weet jij de balans te behouden tussen meedenken en grenzen stellen. Je werkt intensief samen met de internal auditor en rapporteert gezamenlijk aan de manager Audit & Risk.
Onze senior internal auditor heeft naast de ervaring een stukje creativiteit in zich en vindt het geweldig om te pionieren. Dit is een mooie functie met het accent op veel 'green field audits'; audits op 'onontgonnen gebieden' en dus pionieren in samenwerking met de business. Jij bent een kei in draagvlak creëren, het nemen van beslissingen en hebt een positief kritische grondhouding. Een discussie aangaan, duidelijke grenzen stellen en voor jouw mening opkomen? PLUS bevindt zich in een unieke situatie waarin er geen vast handboek of control framework klaarligt om mee aan de slag te gaan. Je gaat samen met het team pionieren en gezamenlijk de kaders vaststellen en uitwerken vanuit het perspectief van de business. Tot slot navigeer je binnen alle dochtermaatschappijen en afdelingen op het Servicekantoor, zonder de gebruikelijke noodzaak van frequente reizen die doorgaans gepaard gaan met een standaard senior internal auditor positie.
Profiel van kandidaat

Vereiste
- Je hebt een WO-master in (bedrijfs)economie, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding op zak;
- Je hebt zowel het theoretische als praktische gedeelte afgerond van de post master RA-opleiding afgerond;
- Beschikt over minimaal vijf jaar internal audit werkervaring met de focus op financial audits;
Nice to have
- Je hebt senior ervaring met internal audits, zoals operational audits, project audits of IT-audits;
- Pionieren binnen een grote speler als PLUS is je op het lijf geschreven;
- Je krijgt energie van mensen meenemen in het creëren van draagvlak en weet daarin duidelijke grenzen te stellen;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en rapporterings vaardigheden en een sterk oplossingsvermogen;
- Je houdt van greenfield audits en pionieren, maatwerk en het ontdekken van onbekend terrein.
