As part of the job, you identify commercial and analytical opportunities in pricing domain for our retail business to define an actionable strategy and execute projects. Key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to, driving analytical price optimization projects, challenging local change agendas for required tooling and systems, customer lifetime value management, developing and maintaining long-term roadmaps for essential capabilities in price optimization, execution, and monitoring. The role reports to the global head of retail pricing and conversion.
As a transversal topic expert, you will work closely with the global and local product, pricing and analytics teams, and you act as the linking pin between other transversal functions, like finance, CI and digital channels. As such, you will have a coordinating role for our 10 retail businesses worldwide while navigating the local and global organizations to locate the right experts.

You will be part of the global retail analytics team, a highly diverse and international team, based in ING's Cedar office.
Your profile5-10 years of experience in a pricing or quantitative marketing roleProven track record of execution and impact in a complex environmentSolid understanding of retail banking productsPricing or strategy consulting background is an advantage Furthermore, you adhere to the ING values and it is evident for you that your behavior is fully aligned with these values.
