Job Title: Pricing Manager Savings
As the Pricing Manager Savings at Knab, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our savings products and services. This includes developing and executing strategies for interest rates on savings, analyzing customer behavior related to their finances, and addressing customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with the business and finance departments to ensure that Knab's savings options are in line with the company's objectives.

The Team
As the Pricing Manager Savings, you will play a crucial role within the Knab team, contributing to the company's success. You will be part of our Financial Freedom team, a seasoned and results-driven group comprising a Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Experts, Functional Managers, and a commercial team geared for marketing initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Domain Lead savings and Investments.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of economic dynamics and their impact on liquidity management. Using data analytics, they will develop and execute effective liquidity projection models. The ability to collaborate effectively with the business and finance teams is essential to ensure that Knab's savings products align with the company's objectives. Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the savings forecast models for Knab's savings products; Develop and execute the interest rate savings strategy for Knab; Analyze customer financial behavior and address their requirements; Collaborate with business and finance teams to align savings products with company goals; Participate in key decisions regarding the savings pricing strategy; Represent Knab to external stakeholders; Drive the agenda for new products and services, working with stakeholders for feasible plans; Lead pricing decisions through membership in the pricing committee.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in economics, finance, or related field; 7+ years of experience in the financial services sector; Solid grasp of data analytics and forecasting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management abilities; Embodies Knab's core values: openness, positivity, humanity, and entrepreneurship; Basic familiarity with IT Development and configuration of savings accounts using Thaler/Ohpen/Mambu is advantageous; Proficient in written and spoken English; Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
