Over ons Disputes & Investigations team

Als een geschil tot een rechtszaak leidt, bepaalt het civiele procesrecht de vorm van de procedure. Gedegen en diepgaande kennis van die regels, samen met de nodige praktijkervaring en een goed analytisch vermogen, is dan onontbeerlijk. Binnen ons Disputes & Investigations team worden complexe en internationale procedures gevoerd en begeleid, zowel op het gebied van commercial litigation als corporate litigation. Ook heeft het team ervaring met het voeren van (internationale) arbitrages voor verschillende instituten (zoals NAI en ICC). De focus van de praktijk ligt op procederen in de sectoren Technology, Life Sciences en Real Estate, waarin de cliënten van Taylor Wessing met name actief zijn.

We need you

In deze gevarieerde en uitdagende rol ben je werkzaam binnen ons Disputes & Investigations team en werk je samen om de beste resultaten te behalen. De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring binnen de (inter)nationale procespraktijk en beschikt over een uitstekende juridische basis. Je bent een echte litigator: je focust op je doel en je wilt winnen. In deze positie werkt je nauw samen met ervaren advocaten, doet waardevolle ervaring op in het voorbereiden van zaken en draagt bij aan het algehele succes van ons kantoor. Deze functie is perfect voor een gedreven professional die wil groeien binnen een dynamische juridische omgeving. We zoeken iemand die gewend is om in teams te werken. Internationale ervaring is een pre en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is mandatory.
