About Role:

As a Windows Service Delivery Analyst focusing on Automation and Security, you are the central link between the Solution Engineer/Architecture teams and the Delivery (Operations) Teams for automating orderable and secure Infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

  • The activities range from maintaining existing servers till automatically delivering new servers
  • Provide 3rd-line support to fix incidents or problems for Windows products and services
  • Design, engineer and create implementation strategies for Windows products.
  • Produce design and operational documentation to a high standard.
  • Actively use new technology to enable innovation, integrate, and reduce costs.
  • Participate in projects by giving advice (during the design phase) and implementing
  • Continuous Configuration Automation and Desired State Configuration

What do you bring?

  • Experience in supporting Windows servers in a large-sized environment, mostly virtualized, and Experience with Agile Scrum frameworks/methodologies.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Windows Operating System and experience in the skills below
    • Virtualization tools (VMWare)
    • Backup and restore (TSM and Veeam)
    • Compliance responsibilities (SoX, Qualys, PQI, PSD, Cyberark, audits)
    • System Center Suite (SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM)
    • PowerShell (scripting and operations)
    • Microsoft Azure cloud technologies (Azure Arc)
  • Experiences as a Windows server administrator skills, with a focus on remote management
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
