Als Senior Boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de controle van vijf verschillende administraties. Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële gegevens en rapporteert direct aan de finance director Safety. Daarbij ben je contactpersoon, aanspreekpunt en sparringspartner voor de Managing Directors van de verschillende entiteiten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij genoeg sturingsinformatie hebben om het budget te halen dit jaar.

Omschrijving

  • Controle op en coördinatie van het Debiteurenbeheer;
  • Controle op en aansluiting van facturatie door de B.V.'s ;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het maandafsluitingsproces;
  • Het opstellen van de maandelijkse rapportages richting de Group alsmede de interne rapportages;
  • Overige taken op Financial control gebied;
  • Het controleren van de btw-aangiften;
  • Het opstellen van diverse maandelijkse overzichten ten behoeve van de directies;
  • Het voorbereiden van de comments bij de diverse rapportages;
  • Het beheren van de Key Controls;
  • Het opstellen en monitoren van KPI's;
  • Het contactpersoon en aanspreekpunt voor de controle vanuit de accountant;
  • Begeleiden van de directie bij het forecasten en het budgetteringsproces;
  • Sparringspartner directieteam voor diverse financiële vraagstukken;
  • Doorgeven van de juiste en volledige salarismutaties;
  • Beheren en muteren van Arbomutaties, Pensioenmutaties
  • Controleren en uploaden betalingen en afstortingen
  • Het aansturen van 0,6 fte.

Naast bovenstaande werkzaamheden zal de financial accountant de lead nemen in projecten, zoals het verder digitaliseren en optimaliseren van financiële processen.

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als boekhouder of binnen de accountancy, bij voorkeur in een senior rol.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van meerdere administraties.
  • Uitstekende kennis van boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware Exact is een pré.
  • Enthousiasme en energie.
  • Het vermogen om procesverbeteringen te initiëren, door te voeren inclusief verdere digitalisering.
  • Hands on mentaliteit.
  • Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
