Voor deze uitdagende functie als Projectmedewerker Sales Operations zoeken we iemand die het leuk vindt om projectmatig te werken. Je gaat aan de slag in een tijdelijke opdracht met volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denk niveau. Bij voorkeur heb je een commerciële opleidingsachtergrond
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden
  • Je bent in staat om data te interpreteren en vertalen naar praktische aanbevelingen
  • Je bent zelfstandig en proactief
  • Je hebt affiniteit met sales en performance management.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken
  • Je beheerst het Engels in woord en geschrift.
wat ga je doen

Als Projectmedewerker Sales Operations ga je een werkproces opzetten ( en implementeren) om de individuele sales performance binnen de afdeling te meten. Je gaat een proces maken waarin je de performance van de verschillende sales managers gemeten kunt meten. Dit proces ga je daarna ook implementeren.
Dit doe je binnen het Philips-onderdeel Philips Healthcare.

Wat ga je doen? :

  • Het werkproces opstellen: : Raamwerk maken voor prestatiebeheer dat past bij de doelen van de salesafdeling
  • Relevante data en informatie verzamelen
  • De verzamelde gegevens analyseren
  • Op basis van deze analyse doe je voorstellen om de prestaties te verbeteren
  • Deze aanbevelingen zet je om in concrete acties
waar ga je werken

Je gaat als Projectmedewerker Sales Operations werken bij Philips op de High Tech Campus. Je werkt in een redelijk solistische rol. Natuurlijk zijn er ervaren collega's beschikbaar om jou te ondersteunen waar nodig zodat jij je werk goed uit kunt voeren
