Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team, marketing, finance, and other departments to optimize our sales processes and ensure the efficient and effective use of our sales platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, overseeing system administration, customization, and integration with other business applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, both within as well as across departments. Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations, improve efficiency, and drive sales performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate, validate, and analyze sales reports and metrics to provide insights into sales performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • User Support: Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires and other Onerans using Salesforce. Drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through comprehensive documentation, training, and support for new and current employees.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and customization.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Working understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with other CRM tools and sales enablement software.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and healthcare regulations.
