No two days look the same in the role of an inside sales specialist; every day you will face a new opportunity and challenge. Communication is essential in this role as you will be talking to customers (both channels and end users) as well as other inside sales specialists and order management team members.
While we of course have standard work, this can and should be customized by you so that you can excel and grow in the best way possible
Reponsibilities:
- Contact current owners and users of Fluke hardware products to renew the annual maintenance contracts. Share with them the benefits of our 'Gold Support Service' and the entitlements the service offers.
- Performs all tele sales activities (including but not limited to lead (MQL) qualification and appointment setting for the Field Sales teams in the assigned territory).
- Work with direct (Field) Sales colleagues to identify key contacts within our database of companies that own our high-end products.
- First point of contact for Channel Partners and Field Sales colleagues for commercial information (email and phone).
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on product acceptance, lost sales, lead quality, and predicted specials needed to increase sales.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Delivers accurate and timely forecast.
- Performance against quota.

Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing or Technical field
- 1-2 years Inside Sales experience in a business to business (B2B) environment with international Channels Partners with hi-tech products in the professional industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, teams, excel) and CRM.
- Required primary language skills: fluency in Italian and English (our business language). Any other language is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to sell Fluke brand.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with customers, other employees, and management; requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate Sales opportunities with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
- Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
