Inside Sales and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Hamilton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the sales cycle.
- Central point of contact for after sales, service and application requests.
- Answer external requests from customers.
- Take ownership of the local support desk tool.
- Prepare quotations in D365 (ERP).
- Follow up quotations (after) sales and service contracts.
- Promote small instruments and devices, including demos.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Track record in Life Sciences.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in the technology/software industry is a plus.
