Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Public Relations, Marketing, and Communication Manager to join our team at Inside Industry Association.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-level communication strategies to effectively communicate the Association's mission, objectives, and key initiatives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote membership growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Support the Secretary General in daily communication activities, corporate communications, and media relations.
  • Consolidate, secure, and strengthen media coverage to enhance the association's visibility and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure alignment with communication and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communication roles, preferably within the electronics, software, IT industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the INSIDE team, Association members, European Community, and member states representatives.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Availability and Location: The position is full-time (38-40 hours) based in Eindhoven, with opportunities to work remotely.
