Cardiovascular Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and market share expansion in the mid/east Netherlands region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed targets on sales and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, including hospital administrators and medical professionals.
- Negotiate long-term contracts and agreements with customers.
- Take a broader organizational view of account management, with a focus on patient pathways optimization and market development.
- Manage accounts and coordinate diverse account activities, including tender management.
- Identify and execute sales opportunities, working closely with diverse functions to meet customer demand.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 5 – 7 years of sales experience, preferably in cardiology or structural heart.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS office).
- Used to work independently, with strong work ethics.
- Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit.
- Living in mid/east of the Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product launch, territory planning, and forecasting experience.
- Experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects.
