About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Equipment and Process Optimization team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) diploma in a technical field (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering)
- Proven experience in a high-tech production environment, with a focus on maintenance and reliability
- Strong knowledge of Reliability and Asset Management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
