Wil jij meewerken aan complexe financieringsvraagstukken van onze MidCorporate klanten? Heb je de analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden om bij te dragen aan het succes van een deal?

Als stagiair bij Structured Lending Business Banking, kun je al jouw talenten inzetten. Vanaf de eerste dag ben je onderdeel van het team en het transactieproces; vanaf het eerste klantcontact, het modelleren en structureren van financiering, tot aan het coördineren van alle stakeholders. Samen met collega's verdiep je je in korte tijd in onze klanten, welke actief zijn in verschillende sectoren in Nederland en wereldwijd. Zo helpen wij onze klanten hun ambitie te realiseren via overnames, verduurzaming en internationale groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met ervaren deal captains werk je in kleine dealteams in een dynamische omgeving. Je krijgt de kans om Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Analyseren van business modellen, sector trends en financiële cijfersModelleren van prognoses en scenario'sAssisteren bij het maken van indicatieve en gecommitteerde voorstellen aan de klantOndersteunen bij de coördinatie van stakeholders; intern o.a. relatiemanagers, Legal en risk alsook extern debt advisors, advocaten en andere banken. Als stagiair krijg je een buddy toegewezen die je hierbij ondersteunt en jou uitdaagt om je stage optimaal te ervaren. Wie ben jij?

Je maakt het verschil met een positieve houding, klantgerichtheid, analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met financiële uitdagingen. Je bent leergierig en een doorzetter. Daarnaast gelden de volgende criteria;

Student in de laatse fase van (academisch) Bachelor of Master met bovengemiddelde studieresultaten; voorkeur voor affiniteit met Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Econometrie of technische studieVloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling);Basiskennis van financiële analyse, jaarrekening (verlies en winstrekening, kasstroomoverzicht en balans) en financiële markten;Goede PowerPoint and Excel skills;Beschikbaarheid 4-6 maandenSolliciteren of vragen?
