Improvement Lead
Over de functie
Als Improvement Lead zul je leidinggeven aan een team van 7 professionals. Naast het aansturen van een team, zul je een verantwoordelijk zijn voor het initiëren van verbetertrajecten op onze productiesite. Je zal het overzicht hebben over het portfolio aan verbeterprojecten en zal resultaat behalen via het aansturen en coachen van collega's op verbeterthema's. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het faciliteren van probleemoplossing, risicobeoordeling en coaching sessies. Welkom in ons team
De Bilt is onze snelgroeiende farmaceutische productiesite voor veterinaire vaccins, voornamelijk voor de productie van pluimveevaccins. Productie is op basis van biologische processen die in klasse A/B cleanrooms worden uitgevoerd. Momenteel werkt er een gemotiveerd en enthousiast team van ongeveer 100 mensen. Onze site De Bilt is onderdeel van Animal Health Nederland.
Als gevolg van de groeiende vraag naar bestaande producten alsook door het blijvend ontwikkelen en introduceren van nieuwe producten groeit de vraag naar producten en diensten van onze site sterk. Om zowel nu als in de toekomst te kunnen blijven voldoen aan de klantvraag is het noodzakelijk om de activiteiten van de site verder te standaardiseren en verder te optimaliseren.
Primaire verantwoordelijkheden
- Aansturen en begeleiden het Improvement Team.
- Bijdragen aan het werven en behouden van medewerkers, de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van trainingsprogramma's en de uitvoering van alle activiteiten op het gebied van performance management.
- Beheren van het verbeterprojectenportfolio van de productielijnen en het verbinden van verbeterinitiatieven met de strategie van de locatie (Hoshin Kanri).
- Zorgen voor voortdurende kennis van een geschikt niveau op het gebied van LSS/CEM.
- Leidend voorbeeld zijn bij het behalen van resultaten door gebruik te maken van MPS-tools en processen.
Jouw profiel
- Afgeronde HBO / WO opleiding
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met continu verbeteren (Lean, Six Sigma, Project- en/of Change Management). Black belt LSS is een pré.
- Expert in Lean Six Sigma en Change Management tools.
- Overzicht over het (productie)proces, visie op procesverbetering en de vaardigheid dit te vertalen naar verbeteringen.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team vanuit een project of vanuit de lijn.
- In staat anderen te enthousiasmeren bij verander- en/of verbeterprocessen en kennis over te brengen op anderen.
- Gedreven, stressbestendig en in staat om gezamenlijk tot resultaten te komen (teamplayer).
