Over de stage

Je maakt deel uit van het L&D-team van onze fabriek in HAPS. We zitten midden in een veranderfase en daardoor kom je terecht in een zeer dynamische omgeving vol nieuwe ontwikkelingen. We hebben een ambitieus doel om het leren en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers in Haps te optimaliseren om hun professionele ontwikkeling, persoonlijk leiderschap en expertise te bevorderen.

Als stagiair Learning & Development ondersteun en coördineer je deze activiteiten en draag je een belangrijke rol bij aan het behalen van deze ambitieuze doelen.

Planning en organisatie van trainingen in Haps;

  • Ondersteuning van de logistiek (uitnodigingen, materialen, locatieboekingen, enz.) en beoordeling na evaluatie om de deelnemers een geweldige leerervaring te garanderen;
  • Ondersteuning bij de animatie van onze digitale e-learning platformen en rapportering
  • Ondersteuning bij het coördineren van onze initiatieven voor zelfontwikkeling (coaching, mentoring, 360°-enquêtes, enz.)
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor deelnemers en trainers;

    Daarnaast krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van andere projecten die beschikbaar zijn tijdens de stageperiode. Er is voldoende ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, want er is genoeg te doen
    OVER JOU

    We zijn op zoek naar een student met een relevante Bachelor/Master in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie, Onderwijswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde, Human Resources of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Je moet voldoening kunnen vinden in het bieden van een uitstekende leerervaring aan de deelnemers. Je neemt graag initiatief en communiceert met verschillende niveaus van stakeholders. Je bent goed georganiseerd en kunt je werk prioriteren, wat wordt ondersteund door je resultaat- en klantgerichte mindset.

    Je hebt interesse in het analyseren van leergegevens en hebt kennis van MS Outlook, Excel en Powerpoint. Je kan autonoom werken en spreekt vloeiend de Nederlandse én Engelse taal.

    Verder is het belangrijk dat je:

    • Ingeschreven als student gedurende de gehele stageperiode (als je een niet-EU-burger bent, moet je ingeschreven staan bij een Nederlandse onderwijsinstelling);
    • Beschikbaar bent om te starten in september voor minimaal 6 maanden, 4 tot 5 dagen per week;
