•Het realiseren van de productiedoelstellingen op basis van efficiency en productiviteitseisen;
•Het onderhoud van installaties, optimalisatie van processen en logistieke stromen;
•Het oplossen van verstoringen in het productie en logistieke proces;
•Het onderhouden van contacten met interne belanghebbenden;
•Het doen van voorstellen tot verbetering, wijziging of vereenvoudiging van huidige werkzaamheden, processen en systemen;
•Het borgen van optimaal materiaalgebruik, administratie en rapportages;
•Het naleven van procedures en instructies op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.JOUW PROFIELOm succesvol te zijn als Operator voldoe je aan de volgende eisen:
•In het bezit van een diploma Vapro B of C richting Procestechniek;
•Je werkt graag in een 5-ploegensysteem (maar ook flexibel om andere ploegen te draaien bij wijzigingen);
•Je hebt enige werkervaring in een proces-technische industriële omgeving;
•Je bent resultaatgericht, gedisciplineerd en een echte teamspeler;
•Je bent analytisch en kwaliteitsgericht;
•Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
•Ervaring met Lean-concepten, 5S, value stream mapping en/of HACCP is een pre;
•Ervaring in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving zoals levensmiddelen- of farmaceutische industrie is een pre;Als persoon sta je voor integriteit en vertrouwen. Je bent resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig, in staat om te plannen en organiseren en om prioriteiten te stellen.
