We have an exciting job opportunity available at our Oss location for an Associate Specialist Quality.

Purpose of the Role
As the Associate Specialist Quality, your main responsibility is to provide quality advice to investigators and suggest actions to ensure ongoing compliance and prevent future issues. You will collaborate with other departments, offering guidance on GMP-related matters. Reviewing and approving cGMP documents in compliance with site SOPs, Company Guidelines/Procedures, and relevant regulations is a crucial aspect of your role in support of business objectives.

Welcome to Our Team

Our department, Quality Operations (QO), consists of three sub-functions: Quality Compliance, Quality IPT, and Quality Control. The Quality Department plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining quality systems to uphold the production, testing, storage, and distribution of Manufacturing Division products in alignment with policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities
Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as a quality advisor and recommending actions to ensure compliance.
  • Providing guidance on GMP-related queries.
  • Reviewing and approving cGMP documents.
  • Executing batch records review and related actions in other systems.
  • Performing Usage Decision on IPT manufactured materials.
  • Reviewing and approving various records.
  • Preparing documentation packages for product release.
  • Supporting and approving investigations and CAPA plans.
  • Facilitating quality-related projects for process improvement.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field with 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in quality, compliance guidelines, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Skills in technical writing, analysis, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in communication in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with documentation systems and SAP is advantageous.
