De afdeling Quality Control - Microbiologie & Farmacologie (QC-M&P) is onderverdeeld in zes groepen. In-vivo farmacologie is een van deze groepen. QC-M&P is verantwoordelijk voor de microbiologische veiligheid, farmacologische potentie en biologische kwaliteitscontrole van de farmaceutische producten die op onze locatie in Oss worden geproduceerd. In-vivo Farmacologie is verantwoordelijk voor de bioassays van grondstoffen en voor eindproducten die door Organon worden geproduceerd. In-vivo Farmacologie is ook een contractlaboratorium voor bioassays voor verschillende farmaceutische bedrijven.

De functie

De Associate Specialist Quality is verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, uitvoeren en verwerken van in vivo experimenten onder GMP-condities.Tevens wordt er verwacht dat je neventaken uitvoert (bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van safety en microbiologie), deelneemt aan projectteams en verbetermogelijkheden signaleert, uitwerkt en implementeert.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO Life Sciences opleiding met aantekening artikel 13f2 (artikel 12) volgens de Wet Op Dieren (WOD)
  • Je hebt inhoudelijke kennis van in vivo testen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het algemene injectietechnieken, orgaansectie, verzorging en huisvesting van knaagdieren
  • Je hebt ervaring in het gelijktijdig managen van diverse projecten
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen en schrijven van bv. instructies of rapporten
  • Je bent bereid om in het weekend te werken. ( ca. 3 dagdelen in 6 weken)
  • Het is een pre als je ervaring hebt met GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) en/of andere kwaliteitsystemen, GDP (Good Documentation Practice) en LIMS (laboratory Information Management system).
  • Je bent “Spin-in-het-web” en in staat om proactief en constructief mee te werken en daarbij de rol van expert op te nemen
  • Daarnaast ben je  resultaatgericht, accuraat, kwaliteits- en servicegericht en beschik je  over een hands-on mentaliteit/flexibiliteit
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband functioneren en je bent stressbestendig.
  • Tevens beschik je  over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Het dienstverband is minimaal voor 80% in dienst
