Facility Coordinator

Job Description
Yacht Life Sciences has a vacancy for a Facility Coordinator to work at Johnson & Johnson /Mentor Medical BV in Leiden.
In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for coordinating service delivery performance, for a broad range of site services including but not limited to: security, mailroom, food services, graphics/reproduction, mail copy services, housekeeping, conference room management, audio-visuals, pest control, grounds maintenance, GxP Cleaning, hard services, project improvement requirements, lab services and SAP CMMS system.
• Responsible for operationally executing the contracts of outsourced activities of facilities' service providers on a specific site, with focus on optimizing service levels and driving operational efficiencies.
• Be the key interface for the site to deliver services and operational improvements aligned with customer expectations and contractually determined service levels.

Other responsibilities:

• Quality and EHS Compliance

Under the direction of the Supervisor Facility and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Ensures services are delivered to KPI/targets. Coordinate with external service providers on both business and standardization expectations – be the operational interface between customers, providers and authorities for services delivered.
• Implements policies and procedures, performs quality checks on procedure adherence and tracks as well as documents possible incidents/ failures and determines together with service provider remediation plan.
• Ensure that Services are in line with needs of the site.
• Support the Facilities department in:
  • Management of EHS and Quality and Compliance activities
  • Support in EHS and Quality and Compliance audits
  • Operational tasks in related to the Facilities department (recording GxP values)
  • Managing the operational aspects and lifecycle management of performance-based contracts.
  • Records retention management
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for service execution. May specialize in a service; security, mailroom, food services, graphics/reproduction, mail copy services, housekeeping, conference room management, audio-visuals, pest control, grounds maintenance, GxP Cleaning, analytical equipment, maintenance building & utilities, CMMS systems.

Job requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Facilities Management / Business Services
• More than 3 years of experience in related equipment and utility systems working in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• Professional certifications as required by regulation (i.e., professional electrician).
• Familiar with the EHS & S requirements insofar as these relate to his / her work
• Familiar with the GMP requirements insofar as these relate to his / her work
• Broad understanding of facilities management and compliance requirements.

This concerns a secondment contract for one year via Yacht with an initial assignment for 6 months at Johnson & Johnson.
We will offer a competitive benefit package in line with the seniority of the position, with a salary between 3500 and 4800 euro gross per 4-week period (based on full-time employment)
Working full-time is preferred (32 or 36 hours can be discussed).
Fully on-site
The role is also open for freelance specialists.
