Die Position des Order-to-Cash-Analyst ist eine facettenreiche Rolle, die Auftragsmanagement, Kundenservice und Rechnungsstellung umfasst. Wir suchen eine detail- und kundenorientierten Fachkraft, die Bestellungen verwaltet, Kundenanfragen klärt und genaue sowie zeitgerechte Abrechnungsprozesse sicherstellen kann.

Omschrijving

  • Verwalten des gesamten Bestellvorgangs, um Genauigkeit und Vollständigkeit rechtzeitig und gemäß den vereinbarten SLAs zu gewährleisten;
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und anderen relevanten Teams zur Bestätigung von Bestelldetails und zur Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten;
  • Wöchentlicher/monatlicher Abgleich der Lagerbestände mit der Finanzbuchhaltung für jeden Lagerort;
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Koordination mit Logistik zur rechtzeitigen Auftragserfüllung;
  • Lösen von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Lagerverfügbarkeit und Lieferzeiten;

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzwesen, Buchhaltung oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung;
  • Erfahrung in Auftragsmanagement, Kundenservice und Abrechnung in einem internationalen oder GBS/SSC-Umfeld;
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, Datenanalyse- und Berichterstattungstools (SAC, Power BI);
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind eine Voraussetzung.
  • Starke organisatorische und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten;
