What do you do
You will become part of our Northern Europe cluster marketing team and work closely with both the local Benelux Marketing team and the Marketing communication specialists in Northern Europe. The role is both strategic and operational and you will:

  • Set the local omnichannel content and communication strategy for key strategic initiatives.
  • Have close collaboration with the Digital Marketing colleagues to manage and implement local marketing campaigns.
  • Manage, implement, and track local marketing campaigns, and lead our local event activities.
  • Create, manage, repurpose, and optimize content for all channels. making sure that the communication strategy meets the local market/business needs.
  • Lead our internal communications and making sure that the communication strategy meets the local market/business needs activating the Benelux Sales Company strategy.

  • Have a bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication.
  • Are fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Have experience in communication strategy, and how to define channels of communication that enhance the customer journey and support our brand and sustainability positioning.
  • Enjoy project and stakeholder management, setting targets and generating business results from Marketing communication activities.
  • Know how to manage budget and agencies.
