For our Global Animal Health Manufacturing we are looking for a new Senior specialist Financial Planning & IT Analysis.

The role

This position is responsible for direct business partnering activities for FP&A organization, providing strategic project support and valuable insights in support of AH MFG priorities.

The Sr. Specialist, Financial Planning and Analysis/IT/Central Analytics, is responsible for a variety of analytical activities and will be supporting the FP&A manufacturing team by maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing central analytic views and ensuring master data alignment across systems. Collaborating with their manager and manufacturing finance SMEs, the incumbent utilizes systems, business processes knowledge and various SOPs to solve issues in relation to BI views and master data. The incumbent works with FP&A team members, Master Data Management team, IT and Information Stewards to ensure fit-for-purpose analytical data across the organization.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain the integrity of innovative analytics for FP&A consumption in support of financial analysis and decisions
  • Responsible for maintaining security and access of IPCA manufacturing reporting views
  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems including EBX
  • Assist with the implementation of system enhancements, and support FP&A post IPCA launch
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure the accuracy of our results
  • Attend meetings to build overall system/master data knowledge
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and assist with solution implementation
  • Assist with documentation of existing processes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements across the organization with a standardization and efficiency mindset to optimize financial reporting and analysis
  • Implement standardization and process improvements for systems and tools
  • Ensure key financial concepts are documented, shared and understood. Provide direct training and SME support when needed
  • Create standard templates to be used for collection of data in central repository
  • Support of ad-hoc financial planning and analysis requirements and initiatives as necessary as Finance/IT SME

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of two (2) years master data quality/IT experience
  • Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented.
  • Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to details and accuracy focus
  • Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • SAP/Atlas/PowerBI desired
