For our Global Animal Health Manufacturing, we are seeking a new Senior Specialist Financial Planning & IT Analysis.

The Role

This role involves direct business partnership activities for the FP&A organization, offering strategic project support and valuable insights aligned with AH MFG priorities.

The Senior Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis/IT/Central Analytics, is responsible for various analytical activities supporting the FP&A manufacturing team. This includes maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing central analytic views and ensuring alignment of master data across systems. Collaboration with managers, finance experts, IT specialists, and information stewards is essential to effectively resolve issues related to BI views and master data.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain innovative analytics for FP&A to support financial analysis and decisions
  • Ensure security and access control of IPCA manufacturing reporting views
  • Verify master data integrity in key systems, such as EBX
  • Participate in system enhancements and support FP&A post IPCA launch
  • Collaborate with various teams to guarantee result accuracy
  • Identify and address data quality improvement areas
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency
  • Implement standardization and process improvements for systems and tools
  • Facilitate training and support in financial concepts and tools
  • Create standard templates for data collection
  • Support ad-hoc financial planning and analysis requirements as Finance/IT SME
Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in master data quality/IT
  • Team player with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with SAP/Atlas/PowerBI is a plus
