Wat doet Spryng eigenlijk?

Spryng is een ambitieus en toegankelijk bedrijf, opgericht in 2006 en gevestigd in een mooi open en groen (welcome to the jungle) kantoor in hartje Amsterdam (In "De Hallen").

Als SMS leverancier voor de zakelijke markt leveren wij onze services wereldwijd aan bedrijven in alle denkbare sectoren, waardoor zij hun klanten gemakkelijk en efficiënt kunnen bereiken. Hierbij kun je denken aan een berichtje over hoe laat je bestelling thuis wordt bezorgd, een afspraak herinnering van je dokter of tandarts, een inlog- of verificatiecode om veilig in te loggen of een kortingscode van je favoriete winkel.

SMS? Dat klinkt misschien niet heel sexy, maar schrijf ons nog niet af en lees nog even verder. Ons jonge en ambitieuze team, waarmee we veel borrelen en op pad gaan werkt namelijk niet voor niets met veel plezier voor ons dus er zit misschien meer achter sms dan je denkt

Wij verkopen namelijk niet alleen SMS maar wij verkopen echt een oplossing aan onze klanten voor hun (communicatie) uitdagingen. Onze klanten (van KLM, PostNL en Coolblue tot aan de fietsenmaker op de hoek) ervaren door de inzet van SMS procesoptimalisatie, kosten- en tijdsbesparing en zelfs omzetverhoging. Maar niet alleen de SMS zorgt hiervoor, ook onze andere functionaliteiten als een Voice-oplossing, producten voor twee-weg-communicatie en een email2sms functie dragen hieraan bij. Ook hebben we onlangs Whatsapp aan ons productenportfolio toegevoegd en zijn we bezig met RCS & Mobile Connect. Genoeg nieuwe projecten dus Op dit moment maken wij in binnen- en buitenland een enorme groei door en daarom zien we in de nabije toekomst (nog) grote(re) marktkansen in zowel Nederland als in het buitenland.

Wat ga je doen

Bij Spryng krijg je binnen je stage veel kansen en verantwoordelijkheden. Koffie zetten en kopietjes maken? Alleen voor jezelf, niet als stagetaak.

Tijdens de stage werk jij binnen team NL aan de volgende drie onderdelen: sales, support en marketing. Als jij je bezighoudt met sales, krijg je de mogelijkheid om je bezig te houden met het binnenhalen van potentiële klanten. Je bent hiervoor regelmatig aan het bellen en mailen, om de wensen en behoeften van een potentiële klant te achterhalen om hier vervolgens op in te spelen. Verder ben je veel op zoek naar mogelijke interessante nieuwe klanten. Wij gaan je natuurlijk leren hoe je deze zoektocht start

Als je betrokken bent bij marketing, help je onze marketing manager om zowel de naam 'Spryng' als ons netwerk wereldwijd te versterken en uit te breiden en onze online zichtbaarheid te vergroten. Social media speelt hierin een belangrijke rol en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven en designen van posts.

Een derde belangrijke taak binnen Spryng is het leveren van support. Als stagiair(e) help jij onze supportmedewerker via de chat, telefonisch en per mail om het beste antwoord te leveren aan onze klant. Daarnaast voer je marktonderzoek uit naar wens, ontdek je product niches en help je waar nodig. Verder ben je altijd betrokken bij het voeren van vergaderingen, trainingen en brainstormsessies. Hierdoor krijg je een hele brede ervaring.

Een afstudeerstage bij Spryng is zeker ook mogelijk, we hebben interessante onderzoeksvragen liggen maar kunnen dit ook geheel aan jou over laten. Wel vragen we je om minimaal 3 dagen per week mee te werken zodat je ons product ook echt leert te begrijpen

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kunt een aardig woordje Engels want onze teammeetings zijn in het Engels

We proosten graag op successen, hebben wekelijkse kantoorborrels en ons jaarlijkse kerstuitje wil je ook echt niet missen

    Je zult nauw gaan samenwerking met een ervaren Country Manager (= sales manager) en Marketing Manager , krijgt een dynamische en inspirerende werkomgeving met een ambitieus team in het hart van Amsterdam.

    Een stagevergoeding van €450,- per maand

    En niet onbelangrijk: elke dag gratis lunch en gezellige vrijdag- (of donderdag)middagborrels.
