To be a product owner at Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Leiden, you must strongly motivate why you want to get this position. You must have excellent writing and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. In addition, you have strong negotiating skills and the skills to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with exceptional service orientation. Being able to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders and across complex matrix organizations is not difficult for you. Read below what else we ask from you:

  • You have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing
  • Any knowledge about pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer industry is a pre.
  • Any knowledge about end to end supply chain and emerging information technology is also a pre.
  • You have experience in lean, six sigma and business process mapping.
  • You understand the business drivers/processes and have the ability to relate priorities to associated technology investment.
  • You have a strong understanding of product development life cycle, knowledge of healthcare, compliance, business theory, management, budgeting and business office operations.
what will you do

As a product owner you will be mostly reporting to the Site Leader and supporting them in accountability for technology operational efficiencies while ensuring a reliable cost-efficient environment. Besides you will make the technology products at the site. You will also collaborate with supply chain business functions to shape and deliver businesses for the site, while making sure that the environment is secure and reliable. Besides, you will take the directions from the Site Leader on the Portfolio management. As a product owner you will also stimulate chances for the cost optimization for the Plant and have a great understanding of the product cost while working together with site finance.
