What you will be doing:

Responsible for realizing the planned production volume by controlling the safety, quality and efficacy of the production processes in a dedicated area. Leading a production team in that dedicated area, including organizing a safe environment, the appropriate competencies, qualifications and quantity of operators in the teams.

Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls.

What impact will you also have:

• Leading and mentoring the operators in the production teams, including HR related activities such as performance reviews, hiring interviews, mentor and developing individual team members;
• Enabling support of activities cross functional with QA, PPD and Technical services during their shifts;
• In the lead for preventing and addressing NCs in their dedicated area;
• Giving input to and supports opportunities for improvement on all areas;
• Controlling that execution of the work is done according to the standard procedures and or regulations, as well as in accordance with the safety, quality, hygiene and overall well-being company standards based on key-performance indicators:
• Realizing the planned production volume;
• Coordinating the production team in the most efficient way;
• Ensure training and qualifications of the operators;
• Owning the shift handover and advise the daily performance meeting with relevant data;
• Supporting requests to the Value Stream Teams.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following crucial requirements:

Education level: Bachelor level of working and thinking,

Work experience: Experienced in Supervisor roles.

Required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses, and affiliations.

Specific knowledge:

• ≥3 years-experience in GxP environment
• Knowledge of relevant GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO14001
• Knowledge of relevant work rules and procedures
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good Command of Dutch and English (verbal and written)

Attitude / Competencies:

• Acts as a mentor to his team members to develop them and get the expected results in the specified area;
• Can manage relationships at various levels in the organization
• Decisive and can set the right priorities;
• Quality mindset.
