Weply is een Scandinavisch SaaS bedrijf dat live chats ontwikkelt en beheert voor bedrijven die websitebezoekers willen omzetten in leads. We helpen momenteel meer dan 2.700 bedrijven in Noord- Europa en we zijn op een missie om dé toonaangevende speler in de wereldwijde markt te worden.

We zijn actief in Denemarken, Zweden, Noorwegen, de VS en in Nederland. Omdat we in Nederland snel groeien, zijn we op zoek naar talentvolle sales professionals, die ons Nederlandse team komen versterken in Amsterdam en met ons mee willen groeien.

Over de rol

Als Junior SDR speel je een belangrijke rol in de groei van Weply en ben je het eerste contact voor nieuwe prospects. Dit doe je door deze te benaderen, telefonisch met ze in gesprek te gaan en een goede business relatie met ze op te bouwen.

Het belangrijkste doel van deze rol is om Weply te introduceren, uitdagingen en behoeften van potentials te begrijpen en de voordelen en waarde van ons product op een aantrekkelijke en enthousiaste manier te presenteren aan ondernemers of directeuren in het MKB- segment.

Wat zoeken we?

Sales ervaring is handig, maar niet verplicht. We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand met een gedreven persoonlijkheid en een sterke wil om snel te leren.

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd over sales of wilt dit graag leren.
  • Je bent ondernemend.
  • Je bezit over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je hebt een flinke dosis overtuigingskracht.
  • Je hebt een competitieve mindset en bent ambitieus.
  • Je leert snel, bent nieuwsgierig en een dynamische werkomgeving past bij jou, want niet veel gaat te snel voor jou.
  • Je hebt een gezonde winnaarsmentaliteit en een flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en je ziet overal businesskansen.
  • Je bent in staat om te werken met ambitieuze doelen, maar het liefst stel jij je eigen doelen.

      De praktische aspecten

      De functie is 40 uur per week, van 8-17 uur op werkdagen op ons kantoor in Amsterdam.
