The Team You'll Join

As the Global Process Owner - Source to contract, you will be part of our Processes & Systems team in Procurement Excellence. The team is dedicated to overseeing Procurement Global Process ownership, managing tools and systems to streamline global processes, and supporting procurement operations through process-related initiatives. The team operates across core countries such as Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden, with plans to expand to 12 members, within the broader Procurement Excellence department consisting of 25+ colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities as our Global Process Owner - Source to contract

As the Global Process Owner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end source-to-contract global procurement process. This involves analyzing the integration of the global process within our tools and systems landscape, collaborating with Tool Owners to explore enhancements for improved efficiency and compliance.

Your role includes promoting global process standardization and adoption, defining roles and responsibilities, identifying areas for process optimization, and partnering with internal teams to implement necessary enhancements. Additionally, you will update global process documentation, assist in group-wide Procurement infrastructure projects, and offer guidance to ensure project success. Collaboration with various stakeholders such as Business Architects, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, and other Procurement teams is key.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we expect you to have:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' procurement experience
  • Detailed knowledge of operational and strategic Procurement processes
  • Experience in project and change management, leading internal improvement projects
  • Familiarity with SAP, S4HANA, eCatalogues

Additional advantageous qualifications:

  • Experience in business process modeling in an international setting
  • Background in developing procurement tools and systems
  • Proven experience in standardizing and optimizing processes
  • Knowledge of control frameworks and KPIs for business processes
  • Project Management or CIPS certification
