Logistiek Klantenservicemedewerker - HTL-DHT

Ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten en het logistieke team? En is het coördineren van klantbestellingen echt jouw ding? Dan is de functie van logistiek klantenservicemedewerker bij HTL-DHT in Eindhoven iets voor jou. Jouw missie? Vlotte orderverwerking en uitstekende service voor onze klanten. Zowel in het Duits als in het Engels. Klaar voor een uitdagende rol waarin je echt het verschil kunt maken voor klant en leverancier? Wacht dan niet langer en solliciteer meteen

Zo ziet de functie eruit:

Als logistiek klantenservicemedewerker bereid je transport- en douanedocumenten voor export voor, en plaats je bestellingen in het ERP-systeem. Ook handel je het factureringsproces af. Jouw focus? Vlekkeloze administratieve verwerking.

Voor onze Duitse klanten sta je klaar om te helpen bij vragen over bestellingen, levertijden en facturering. Planning van zendingen? Dat doe je samen met transporteurs. Dit alles terwijl je duidelijke rapporten opstelt voor de logistiek coördinator. Ten slotte houd je toezicht op het logistieke proces in de Nederlandse fabriek met jouw scherp oog voor detail.

Waarom dit jouw nieuwe baan wordt?
  • Omdat je deelneemt aan verschillende interessante projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie en verbetering. Dit houdt niet alleen het bedrijf, maar ook jou als professional, in ontwikkeling.

  • Je gaat rechtstreeks in dienst bij HTL-DHT in Eindhoven en krijgt eerst een contract van een jaar. Iedereen tevreden? Dan krijg je direct daarna een vast contract.
  • Het gaat om een functie van 40 uur per week (36 uur is bespreekbaar).
  • Elke maand krijg je een brutosalaris tussen € 3.100, - en € 4.250, - (inclusief vakantiegeld, op basis van een fulltime dienstverband).
  • Als je reiskosten maakt, krijg je een vergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer (maximaal 35 kilometer enkele reis).
  • Aangevuld met een goed pensioen en korting op je aanvullende verzekering.
  • Elk jaar geniet je van 29 vakantiedagen (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband), met de mogelijkheid om extra vakantiedagen aan te schaffen.
  • Bovendien krijg je korting op een sportabonnement bij een sportschool naar keuze.
  • En je krijgt een jaarlijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget dat je kunt gebruiken voor jouw (persoonlijke) ontwikkeling.


Wat neem jij mee?
  • Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de logistiek.
  • Zeer goede computervaardigheden en je kunt effectief werken met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Duitse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Aangezien je af en toe naar de locatie in Duitsland (Hockenheim) reist, heb je rijbewijs B nodig. (Dit doe je eens per maand of twee maanden.)
  • Om het proces te verbeteren, denk je graag mee met het team. Vindingrijk, innovatief en een echte hands-on mentaliteit zijn kwaliteiten die jou het beste beschrijven. Daarnaast ben je klant- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken. Je bent zelfsturend en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Tot slot ben je in staat om professionele en duurzame relaties op te bouwen met belanghebbenden. Je weet goed te schakelen tussen vervoerders, douane en klanten.
