Is het creëren van data-oplossingen voor analyse-vraagstukken of procesautomatisering jouw passie? Dan is de functie data scientist binnen Zilveren Kruis wat voor jou Je werkt samen met de andere data scientists aan data producten die aantoonbaar impact maken voor de klanten van Zilveren Kruis. We zoeken een data scientist die een passie heeft voor programmeren, kennis heeft van Azure en bekend is met implementatie van de laatste AI-technieken zoals ChatGPT. Tevens is het belangrijk dat je makkelijk schakelt op gebied van data-engineering en kan helpen met het inrichten van het datalandschap, zodat deze optimaal wordt ingericht voor jouw modellen. Jij kunt daarnaast uitstekend databronnen analyseren voor gebruik in je model, hebt kennis van de nieuwste technische cloud platformen zoals Azure en vindt het leuk om business behoeftes te vertalen naar een data-oplossing en hiermee aantoonbaar impact te maken.
Kortom, zijn we op zoek naar een gecombineerde skillset van programmeren, AI-kennis, gevoel voor databronnen en lef om op de business af te stappen om vraagstukken op te lossen. Je bent bezig met het implementeren van een nieuw AI-model die gevoed wordt vanuit ons 360 graden klantbeeld. Naast de technische uitdaging om dit voor elkaar te krijgen in Azure, wil je je collega data analisten overtuigen dat jouw model gaat helpen om hun behoeftes in te vullen. Hiervoor geef je in de middag een presentatie waarin je ze overtuigt van jouw model en hoe de modeluitkomsten opgenomen kunnen worden in een Power BI dashboard. Na deze geslaagde meeting bespreek je de verdere ontwikkeling van de code guidelines met je collega data scientists om zoveel uniform te werken binnen jullie data science processen.Je bent werkzaam binnen het chapter Data Engineering & Science, onderdeel van de afdeling Customer Center of Data (ongeveer 40 collega's). Het chapter bestaat uit 12 collega's (data engineers en data scientists). De afdeling Customer Center of Data werkt primair voor het merk Zilveren Kruis, maar bedient ook de andere zorgmerken van Achmea: De Friesland, FBTO, Interpolis en Pro Life. Op de afdeling behoort Agile Kanban tot de dagelijkse manier van werken. Aandachtsgebieden van de afdeling zijn het ontwikkelen van het 360 graden klantbeeld, het automatiseren of verbeteren van operationele processen door middel van AI en het doen van analyses (m.b.v. AI) op strategie, kanalen, customer journeys en propositieontwikkeling (diensten, services), pricing en marktonderzoek. Achmea heeft hybride werken ingevoerd, wat betekent dat je minimaal 1 dag in de week op kantoor in Leiden werkt en verder zelf kan bepalen waar en wanneer jij werkt. "We zijn op zoek naar iemand met een sterke persoonlijkheid én drive. Iemand die het leuk vindt om data science verder te brengen op de toepassing van de Azure Cloud en AI-oplossingen en daarin een inhoudelijk sparringpartner kan zijn voor zijn collega's. Jij stapt actief op je collega's af, voert dialogen en onderzoekt op basis daarvan welk nodig is. Je bent tevens goed in programmeren in Python, kan het team hierin verder brengen en hebt een mindset waarin je zoveel mogelijk een geautomatiseerd model wilt neerzetten."Daarnaast:
  • Heb je een afgeronde wo-opleiding met een master in Computer Science, Data Science, of een gerelateerde beta master;
  • Heb je een gedegen IT-achtergrond en minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in het data-vakgebied;
  • Heb je veel kennis van het toepassen van verschillende typen AI. Kennis van Generative AI en Machine Learning zijn een vereiste;
  • Heb je uitstekende programmeervaardigheden in Python en SQL;
  • Heb je kennis van Azure Cloud-oplossingen (Azure Machine Learning Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure DataLake Storage, Synapse);
  • Heb je basis kennis op gebied van data-engineering en kan je daar bijspringen indien noodzakelijk;
  • Ben je een gesprekspartner voor de business en kun je ze enthousiasmeren over de toegevoegde waarde van jouw data producten.

Dan krijg je €2.500 netto klimaatbudget (bij fulltime dienstverband) om je huis te verduurzamen, duurzaam witgoed te kopen óf bijvoorbeeld een elektrische fiets aan te schaffen. Dit bedrag is bedoeld voor producten en diensten die een bijdrage leveren aan verduurzaming en verbetering van het milieu.
    • Je ontvangt maandelijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget, opgebouwd uit 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 3,85% bovenwettelijk verlof. Je kiest zelf op welk moment je dit budget laat uitbetalen, je het gebruikt voor verlofsparen of dat je er vakantie-uren van koopt;
