Teamlead Global Business Process

We are looking forward hiring a pro-active and driven individual in the position of Team lead Global Business Processes within our Global Supply Chain organization.
In this role you will be the Business Process Owner for the Order to Cash process in Marel. As such, the role is responsible for leading the team that designs and owns Marel's Global Supply chain processes. The team will design, document and maintain published processes in the Order to Cash process. This team will be Supply chain's interface toward IT, providing the business requirements, preparing, supporting and in some cases driving system implementations. The Team leader will play an active role in shaping the ERP landscape of Marel and will be instrumental in preparing manufacturing sites for deployments and provide onsite support in aftercare.
What you will be doing:
- Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to team members.
- Facilitate end to end process design in Supply chain
- Work closely with IT on translating business requirements into process design and and systems deployment
- Map and maintain the ERP to ERP connections within Marel globally
- Document and maintain published processes

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with a focus on global process design and systems
- Leadership experience, preferably with team management
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Enthusiasm for exploring new software tools and integrating them into existing processes
- Willingness to learn and master various ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to document processes, create procedures, and facilitate learning and evaluation
