Join Under Armour Europe Retail in Allocations and play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels in our stores to boost sales and maximize inventory efficiency. This involves analyzing internal reports to determine the right timing, amount, and flow of merchandise from the distribution center to stores, as well as understanding product assortment strategies. Collaboration with various teams within UA is essential for success.

• Allocate new product assortments to retail stores based on merchandise plans and product strategies.
• Ensure proper inventory levels in stores through detailed analysis and replenishment orders.
• Generate benchmark reports for management on a weekly basis.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on resolving out-of-stock issues.
• Analyze size selling trends to support buying decisions and store allocation.
• Suggest improvements to allocation and replenishment processes.
• Participate in new store openings and contribute to business requests with ad-hoc reports.

• Strong understanding of retail math and inventory productivity measures.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights.
• Effective project management skills with a focus on timely delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Self-motivated, creative, and with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Must reside within commuting distance from the Amsterdam office.
• Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days in-office.
• Travel: Occasional travel, approximately 5% per year.
