JOUW ROL
Samen met je collega's in onze Controlroom ben je als Operational Controlroom Specialist verantwoordelijk voor het sturen van het behalen van KPI's van het warehouse. In de functie Operational Controlroom Specialist heb je een sleutelpositie binnen de logistieke operatie. De Controlroom is het kloppend hart van de logistieke operatie voor onze klant de Bijenkorf. De Controlroom is verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van 400 tot 600 mensen binnen de dagelijkse operatie.
In het omnichannel warehouse van 33.000m2 worden zowel zendingen naar online consumenten in Nederland en België als naar de winkels van de Bijenkorf gestuurd. Het omnichannel DC kenmerkt zich door een hoge mechanisatiegraad in combinatie met een breed scala aan verschillende processen en een grote variatie in volumes en daarmee mensen en artikelen. Flexibiliteit, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en mensgerichtheid zijn in deze high-end logistieke omgeving sleutelbegrippen. Je vult dagelijks het sturingsmodel in, daarbij neem je de dag van gisteren mee en de forecast voor vandaag. Door middel van het aanwijzen van resources op het juiste moment aan de hand van data, monitor jij de flow binnen het warehouse. Het doel van de afdeling is om de productiviteit te optimaliseren en de leverbetrouwbaarheid te garanderen. Je komt te werken in een enthousiast team met meerdere Operational Controlroom Specialisten, Process Controlroom Specialisten en Data Analisten. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met de Teamleiders, andere afdelingen en de klant Bijenkorf. Vanuit je standplaats in Tilburg werk je fulltime in voornamelijk reguliere shifts.
WAT GA JE DOEN?
Je bewaakt de continue flow door middel van live dashboarding en data;Twee keer per dag leid je de operationele stand-up samen met teamleiders om de uitdagingen van de dag op te lossen;Beslissingen maken aan de hand van data op dagdagelijks niveau om zoveel mogelijk efficiëntie te behalen binnen het proces;Je schakelt met de operatie en de klant over de prioritering van processen om doorlooptijden en productiviteit te optimaliseren;Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toewijzen van resources, werkstations en machinerie op basis van het productieplan.
WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OPZOEK?
Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of wo-opleiding binnen (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, logistiek of vergelijkbaar;Werkervaring in een dynamische omgeving, zoals een logistieke- of productieomgeving;Uitstekende kennis van Excel;Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;Fulltime beschikbaarheid in 2 shifts.
