**OPERATION EXCELLENCE MANAGER - TILBURG**

**Job description**:
As an Operation Excellence Manger, you will be managing a team of Tender Specialists and Data Analysts. The Operation Excellence department is in close contact with our customers and carriers and therefore is required to have experience with Logistics and Customer Contact.

As the Manager of the Operation Excellence department, you will interact internally with different departments and discuss performance and improvement plans. You are responsible for coordinating the different tasks that must be completed by the team, KPI Management and checking the weekly and monthly reports and providing them to the customer. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency will be crucial.

**Responsibilities of the team**:

- KPI management (daily, weekly, monthly);
- Handling claims;
- Coordinate projects;
- Collecting data;
- Analyzing information;
- Recommending solutions for Logistics processes;
- Improve process for logistics daily operation;
- Create monthly or weekly reports;
- Contact with customers;
- Contact with external parties.

**Competences**:

- Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Innovative, accurate, and analytical.
- Customer-oriented.
- Skilled in handling operational tasks, queries, and issues.

**Profile**:

- Five years of experience in a management role.
- Five years of experience in a logistics environment.
- Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A collaborative team player with leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
