Here's what you will do:

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES/ PROJECTS YOU WILL WORK ON

Main responsibility

Collect external and internal insights on best practices for Loyalty Programs; what drives success and how can we leverage these learnings to offer the best experience to our B2B customers?

Other projects you will work on

  • Research external developments and shape a picture of potential customer optimisation initiatives
  • Support our Loyalty Leads from more than 10 markets by collecting and sharing best practices and host Community Calls (1x per month)
  • Analyse data to understand how to improve the customer experience and share suggestions with our Product Team

You will become part of the Global B2B Loyalty Team, which sits in the eBusiness Department of HEINEKEN in Amsterdam.

Global eBusiness is an international department within HEINEKEN's Head Office. We're a diverse team of individuals gathered from around the world. Together we are shaping an exciting new future and designed a portfolio of solutions and services in a customer centric way to meet the needs and solve the pain points of our customers. The terms of employment

  • Your starting date is 1 September 2024 (or earlier if feasible)
  • The internship is fulltime
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam
  • You choose: combine working from home and from the office in Amsterdam (2-3 days) or full time at the office
  • You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.

The unique you

  • Currently in study for a Bachelors or Master's degree.
  • Effective communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders (engaging people)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • You work and collaborate exceptionally well with others
  • Commercial Mindset, assertive, pragmatic, resilient and a can-do attitude, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest and/or experience in commercial/sales field, ecommerce, horeca, food industry, FMCG, is always welcomed
  • Fluent English speaker

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  1. You are enrolled at an educational institution.

    1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you.
    2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  2. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
