Global Quality Documentation Specialist

We are currently seeking a Global Documentation & Change Control Specialist to join our esteemed Global Quality Department.
This role involves providing crucial support for Quality System Documentation within the EPD Division, as well as offering expertise and services for the EPD Electronic Document Management System.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to applicable EPD Divisional and EPD GCCD departmental Quality System Documents.
- Manage Global/Divisional EPD documentation, including document creation or changes, processing in the EPD global documentation management system, and ensuring compliance with corporate and EPD Quality System documents.
- Act as a key point of reference and expert for document processing in the EPD Electronic Document Management System for various EPD entities.
- Provide guidance and support to all EPD personnel on Documentation management and Change Control processes and systems.
- Maintain and Control EPD Global Quality System documents in collaboration with relevant functions and personnel.
Education and Experience / Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or related technical/scientific fields.
- Proficiency in GMP compliance for documentation and change control.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Electronic Document Management System is preferred.
