Wat ga je doen?
Als Consultant in Financial Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van projecten op gebied van het verbeteren van de manier van werken binnen organisaties, efficiënter, eenvoudiger of strategischer. Dit kan op verschillende niveaus: verhogen van de omzet, kosten reductie, verbeteren van de klant tevredenheid of beter risicomanagement.
De Consultant Financial Services is breed inzetbaar óf specialist, op gebied van risk, wet- en regelgeving, projectmanagement, innovatie of implementatie van strategie.
Sia Partners biedt ruimte groeimogelijkheden en persoonlijke ontwikkeling voor haar consultants, vanuit een uitdagende leeromgeving. Sia Partners is een jonge en platte organisatie, zonder hiërarchisch gedoe en met korte communicatie lijnen. Waar ga je werken?
Je gaat werken bij onze opdrachtgevers in Nederland en mogelijk zelfs internationaal. Natuurlijk ligt deze keuze ook bij jou. Waar de klant een vraag/behoefte heeft aan advies/transitie/project management zullen wij gezamenlijk met jou per vraag bekijken hoe we deze het beste kunnen aanpassen op jouw ervaring en kennis. Ondernemerschap binnen je functie staat centraal, jij bepaalt welke stappen je maakt binnen jouw carrière.
Wat heb je nodig?
- Afgeronde Master opleiding, in een bedrijfskundige of economische richting;
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een consultancy functie binnen de financiële sector;
- Kennis van de business, op strategisch en/of operationeel niveau;
- Conceptueel kunnen denken;
- Ondernemend, zelfstandig en flexibel;
- Analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en goede communicatieve skills;
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus;
- Bereid deel te nemen aan internationale projecten.
