About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Transformation Consultant to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing tailored transformation approaches to meet business requirements within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from initial scoping and planning to implementation.
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring project goals, progress, and impacts are effectively conveyed and understood.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing financial processes, systems, and operations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Mentor, challenge and inspire colleagues to foster professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or manager within a consulting firm or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with major banks.
  • Minimum 5-15+ years of experience as a senior consultant or (senior) manager within a consulting firm, or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with major banks.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Passion for the financial market and expertise in financial services.
  • Experienced in, or motivated to learn, setting up and leading projects within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Proficient in project management and change methodologies such as Prince II, MSP, (scaling) Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma.
