About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing transformation projects at our clients, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analyses to identify key issues and develop relevant solutions and action plans.
  • Manage methodological concepts and tools, and implement them at the client's organization.
  • Notice and develop commercial opportunities within your expertise, working closely with the team.
  • Take initiative and guide other consultants in achieving deliverables and facilitating personal development.
  • Provide internal and external training to share knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English, with French considered a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial sector, including products, trends, and processes.
  • Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
