Convious is a leading SaaS software company connecting the experience economy with their visitors. Our product is an All-in-one platform driven by AI that engages, converts and sells to more consumers by enhancing the customer journey and experience. We strive to always be ahead of the competition with our All-in-one platform, providing future-proof products and services.

We are searching for an experienced engineer to join our Convious Engineering team. In this role, you will have a strong influence on how we work and what we work on. It is fine if you do not have experience with all of the specific technologies we use, as long as you are willing to learn. We are also always open to learning something new from people joining our team.

Role and responsibilities:

Participate as an empowered member of a collaborative agile team, developing our high-performance experience platform Skilled programmer with an emphasis on high quality maintainable code, and robust system design Identify opportunities to improve the existing services and workflows to enhance developer experience, operations, and customer experience Leverage continuous deployment and test automation tools in order to deploy application changes to production daily
We expect you:
Have extensive experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design Ability to write code that is testable, maintainable, and performant. You have a strong understanding of clean software architecture patterns and can clearly communicate both high and low level implementation details to your colleagues
Are passionate about learning new things, and continuously levelling up those around you Can demonstrate proficiency in Python and are open to working with and mastering other technologies as needed
Have excellent problem-solving skills and can balance code quality with rapid iteration and product evolution Have strong communication skills and are fluent in English Having great SQL skills, and experience working with Data Warehouses and/or Data Pipelines would be a big plus

Currently, we can hire people who are either based in the Netherlands or Vilnius since we are following a hybrid work policy (at least 1 day per week at the office).
