Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy customer journey expert with strong digital, analytics, and delivery experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer experience, a strong understanding of technology, and experience in leading a delivery team.
As our new Customer Journey Expert, you and your team (with experienced Engineers and Customer Journey Experts) are responsible for delivering personalization capabilities and solutions for our more than 8 million current and future customers, boosting the digital sales and engagement. Here is where you come in: steering the team to deliver the enabling technology and use cases that power relevant and realtime communication and engagement with our customers. It is a unique learning experience in the field of data, leading a team, working on strategic priorities with many stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities ****You translate our organization purpose and product strategy into clear business objectives for your squad and you work with your squad daily to realize those ambitions.You help your squad to improve on predictability, output quality and optimize the velocity.You understand the purpose and OKRs of the tribe and translate them into squad objectives and priorities.You closely collaborate with other Customer Journey Experts and Product Leads in our tribe and beyond, often acting as a bridge mapping business opportunities into practical technical solutions.You actively manage a complex stakeholder field to align on commitments and streamline squad delivery.You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with a customer centric focus and an end-to-end mindset.You take ownership of your team's processes, including vision, ideation, development, launch, growth, and maintenance.You run user research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and/ or employees and identify areas of improvement.How to succeed We hire smart people like you for your potential.
