Functieomschrijving

De rol van directeur HR binnen TintelTuin is van onschatbare waarde, als strateeg, operationeel manager, inhoudelijk expert en verbinder. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het HR-beleid, met een focus op het welzijn van de medewerkers vanaf het moment van instroom tot een warme uitstroom, waarbij goed werkgeverschap voorop staat.

In nauwe samenwerking met het- nieuw te vormen - directieteam lever je een bijdrage aan het ontwikkelen van een langetermijnvisie voor de organisatie, rekening houdend met trends in de kinderopvangsector, arbeidsmarkt en belangrijke veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving vanuit de overheid. Daarnaast richt het directieteam zich op het bevorderen van een positieve werkcultuur. Samen met de collega-directeuren zorg je voor samenhang in de wijze waarop de organisatie wordt aangestuurd. Je rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de bestuurder.

Als directeur HR geef je vorm en uitvoering aan het HR-beleid van TintelTuin, met als ultiem doel een inspirerende werkomgeving te creëren, talent aan te trekken en te behouden, en de prestaties van onze medewerkers te optimaliseren. Met jouw leiderschap en expertise streef je ernaar de kwaliteit binnen TintelTuin op het hoogste niveau te houden.
